Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service purchased, applicable agreement, work performed, and applicable law. Any applicable fees should be communicated to the client before the service is provided.

2. Free Inquiries

Submitting a general website inquiry does not create a payment obligation. If no payment was made, there is no payment to refund.

3. Services Not Yet Started

If a client has paid for a service and work has not yet begun, the client may request cancellation. Eligibility for a refund will depend on the applicable agreement and circumstances.

4. Services Already Started

If work has already begun, any refund may be adjusted to account for services already performed.

5. Completed Services

Services that have been substantially or fully completed may not be refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided by a written agreement.

6. Third-Party Advertising Costs

Advertising budgets paid directly to third-party advertising platforms are generally governed by the policies of those platforms. MCGEE CAPITAL, LLC cannot guarantee refunds for third-party advertising expenses.

7. Advertising Results

A refund is not automatically available because a campaign does not produce a particular number of leads, sales, clicks, impressions, conversions, customers, revenue, or other performance results. Advertising performance varies.

8. Third-Party Costs

Third-party expenses may include advertising platform charges, media purchases, software subscriptions, domain registration, hosting, printing, production, third-party creative services, and other approved external expenses. Third-party costs may not be refundable by MCGEE CAPITAL, LLC.

9. Cancellation Requests

Send cancellation requests to: info@mcgeecapitall.com

Include:

• full name;
• business name;
• email;
• phone;
• service;
• payment date;
• invoice or transaction information;
• reason for cancellation.

Do not email full credit card numbers.

10. Refund Review

Refund requests may be reviewed based on applicable agreement, payment date, service status, work completed, third-party costs, cancellation timing, and applicable law.

11. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment processor or financial institution.

12. Duplicate Payments

Verified duplicate payments may be eligible for refund.

13. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, contact the Company promptly.

14. Payment Processing Errors

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us so the transaction can be reviewed.

15. Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact the Company regarding billing disputes before initiating a payment dispute when practical. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by law or applicable payment-network rules.
